Definitions: "Photographer" refers to Raitis Rūsiņš Kriķis, the copyright owner of the Photos available on raitis.krikis.id.lv. "Photos" refer to the visual content, including but not limited to images and photographs, made available by the Photographer on raitis.krikis.id.lv. "User" means any individual accessing and/or using the Photos as per the terms mentioned in this License Agreement. "Personal Use" means non-commercial use that is not intended for or directed towards business advantage or monetary compensation. 2. Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Photographer hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access, download, and use the Photos solely for Personal Use. 3. Restrictions: The User shall NOT: a. Use the Photos for any commercial, promotional, or monetary purposes. b. Allow any company, entity, or third party to use the Photos in their products, advertisements, marketing campaigns, or in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or association. c. Modify, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from the Photos in a way that they are included in commercial products, advertisements, or any promotional materials. d. Sell, license, rent, or distribute the Photos to any third party for commercial purposes. e. Remove, obscure, or modify any copyright notices, watermarks, logos, or any other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the Photos. 4. Copyright: All rights, title, and interest, including copyrights of the Photos, remain with the Photographer. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no other rights or licenses are granted or implied. 5. Termination: The Photographer reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement at any time if the User fails to comply with any of the terms mentioned herein. 6. Disclaimer: The Photos are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Photographer be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photos or this License Agreement. 8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and communications, whether oral or written.
